We are delighted with their work! We hired Madison Ave after flooding in our basement due to Ida. They were very fast to respond to our request for an evaluation and were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They quickly cleaned and ripped out all of the affected flooring and walls as mold was already beginning to form and began restoration. 

They also dealt directly with the insurance and explained how the whole process would work which was helpful as I had never been in this situation before! Everybody I worked with through Madison Avenue was a pro at their job. My main point of contact was Bill, and he was always very responsive and professional. I cannot imagine going through all of this without Madison Ave’s guidance. Hopefully, I will never be affected by a natural disaster again, but if so, I would certainly call them again!
